Years later, at age 14, she had a profound spiritual experience—an intense beam of light entering her body, leaving her with a deep sense of knowing. It wasn’t until age 26, when she reunited with her biological family—who had lived just miles away her entire life—that she discovered intuitive abilities ran on both sides of her lineage.

From Struggling Artist to Radio Sensation
Despite her intuitive gifts, Pell never envisioned a career as a medium. Instead, she pursued a degree in theater with a minor in photography, later working in television production and live event management.

That realization sent Pell on a multi-year deep dive—seeking out healers, trauma coaches, somatic experts, and nervous system specialists. A late-night YouTube search led her to polyvagal theory, a groundbreaking concept on how trauma lives in the body, beyond conscious awareness.

"I did a 60-second exercise from a video, and suddenly, for the first time in my life, I could take a full breath. That was the moment I realized—this is what’s missing."

Stepping Away from Mediumship: A Leap of Faith
Determined to heal herself and her clients on a deeper level, Pell made a radical decision—she stepped away from mediumship entirely.

For three years, she stopped doing large events. She closed her three-year-long waitlist for private sessions. Instead, she built a new framework—one that combined:
