f you're new here, you'll get a fresh introduction to my work as it is now. If you do a google search you may find a whole different career spanning the last two decades!
So let's get right to the point (without you having to do too much research!) I'll make it easy.
In my early 20's I became one of the youngest professional intuitive channels & mediums in the US.
How I got there is a whole different story but just as synchronistic as you getting here! You can click here to read about it!
You may ask. Was any of this planned? No. Things just happened that way.
That led me to doing regular call-in shows on major market morning drive radio and then television segments - which continued on to an amazing career spanning 15 years both behind the mic and on live stages throughout the country.
I taught intuitive development, facilitated an in person certification program, and continued to be a pioneer in the field.
On stage, you would have seen a confident, well spoken, dynamic and (I think), a quite humorous personality.
But behind all the success hid anxiety, overwhelm, limiting beliefs and self-sabotage, guilt and all sorts of patterns in relationship dynamics that not only were keeping me stuck in a cycle, but I kept on and continued to push harder in my field.
I did a few things really well. High achieving perfectionism was one of them. My worth was in my work and fixing people's problems.
Since I was born, I would say I was an old soul. Even in my teens, I realized there were some relational dynamics in both my family of origin and adoptive family (yes I'm an adoptee) that were causing me stress.
I wanted relief way back then, and decided to try to get some help through talk therapy (yes on my own as a teen). I was trying to heal my family even back then, as I saw the impact it was having.

For close to 20 years, I had abilities beyond my own comprehension, but I had no ability to help myself. I wanted to live a life where I personally felt grounded, balanced and calm - and free from the internal chaos that kept me stuck.
If it comes down to one word: I wanted connection.
It's funny...the brand name was CONNECTION BEYOND. Looking back, that's exactly where the connection was. It was beyond this world, but not IN IT.
I had connection to the cosmos, to the universal energies, to the other side, in all aspects of what goes unseen in this world, but I remained disconnected to myself, the world, and the connection to living a deeper and fulfilling existence.
I always knew I struggled with patterns. How could I figure out how to connect with the impossible, but couldn't fix this?
Once 15 years of conventional talk therapy, reiki, shamans, crystals, functional medicine, books and spiritual practices, intuitive sessions, EMDR (that was a mess!), and all my crystals didn't work, I sought these answers out from gurus around the world, and I came back with ZERO.
So I did what I knew best to do, I asked the Universe....

f you ever had an experience where you asked the universal energies for "help", you know that on some level it has always answered.
And maybe you wrote it off as a coincidence, or not the exact message you were hoping to hear, but in your heart you knew it did.
It's always your free will choice to listen to it - and allow the light to be your guide or disregard it.
See the truth is that when you see the truth for what it is, you can't unsee it.
And that was what was happening. I saw myself cycling, and I also saw the most successful clients I knew - all with great souls, intentions, and hearts, doing the same.
Even though I couldn't see my own pathways (yet) I could clearly see theirs. People would call me with all sorts of dilemmas, but 93% of the time, the conversation would lead back to a love or relationship question.
This was where everyone was struggling: it was relational. Whether that was a dynamic with a difficult family member, bosses or love relationship patterns, they just seemed to suffer (and greatly).
And these were smart people, soulful people that wanted to grow personally and professionally. They desired these changes with all their heart!
And when they asked, I could see the pathways. And I saw them with extreme accuracy. I would say, "this is your highest energy path" it leads to the most healthy fulfillment. And they would agree.
But then there would be a pause, and I would say, "but I know what path you plan to choose." And they would laugh and say I was right.
Why couldn't they "Step in" to greater fulfillment with ease? Why couldn't they just say no to the next troubled relationship? Haven't they learned their lessons from the previous intuitive sessions?
This is when I knew insight was only part of the equation...
everyone has a unique intuitive strength. What's yours?
They weren't even surprised when I told them they would follow the old familiar road again...they sometimes laughed it off.
Sometimes there weren't even options at all.
I was just asked to look into when the next prince or princess charming was coming...and I could predict it - right down to the shoes...
But what I realized was that the next princess or prince charming didn't last long either, and they came back again with the same question.
And then the questions came. For those that were doing their personal work, there were options in their pathways. There were choices. Roads were opening. But they couldn't step through... WHY?
For others, there was only one path, as it was such an in depth cycle that all that was present was the prediction of the cycle...no matter how accurate the details were.
And then it dawned on me. Gaining control of fear by having intuitive sessions wasn't the freedom they were seeking.
It wasn't going to help in the long run. SO now what ?...

Energetic breaks happen in childhood, even before we come out of the womb that keep us stuck in certain survival stress states based on early stressors and traumas, especially within our generational energy and family dynamics.
This is where somatic work (meaning of the body) comes into play and integrates perfectly to manifesting intentionally.
Once you come back home to yourself, the window becomes clear and the outside world matches the inside perfectly.
o put it simply, there was one component that was missing and that was getting reconnected back to the Earthly vessel, the physical body - and rewiring it!
